MenoPower is an evidence-based coaching program that supports you in navigating the myriad of changes in the menopause journey including physiological changes, lifestyle & mental health, sleep, nutrition, and body composition - all built on a foundation of targeted strength training.
While MenoPower is built on a foundation of personalized strength training, we go beyond the focus of traditional training programs to include modalities targeted to address menopause-driven changes in physiology, bone density, pelvic floor strength, muscle mass & body composition.
This is supported by holistic coaching tailored to individual challenges you may be experiencing in areas such as sleep, nutrition, mobility, stress management & mental health, self care and overall well being.

4 week menopower intro special
$300.00New to MenoPower? Our 4 week intro program provides you with one 75 minute MenoPower coaching session per week - typically a 60 minute personal training session combined with a 15 minute menopause coaching session - so you can explore the MenoPower difference. Sessions can be conducted online or in-person at your home or building gym or our training facility in Manhattan.
75 min menopower coaching session
$150.00One 75 minute MenoPower Coaching Session - typically made up of 60 minutes of personal training plus 15 minutes of personalized menopause coaching. Exact timing can be adjusted based on your personal needs. Available online or in-person in NYC.
10 pack - coaching session
$1,200.00Commit to empowering your menopause transition with 10 MenoPower Coaching Sessions of 75 Minutes Each. Must be used within 90 days of purchase.
duo 75 minute coaching session

Who We Are
Hi! I’m Holly Roberts, founder of MenoPower. I’m a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, Certified Specialist of Menopause Coaching, and Senior Fitness Specialist. I’m also a former Division I Athlete and a 50 year old woman going through the menopause transition just like you!
In a time of confusing and often conflicting information about menopause, I created MenoPower to give everyone access to evidence-based coaching and personal training targeted to the specific needs of both perimenopause & post-menopause, all supported by the latest in scientific research.
